One of the last short stories we will read is A Rose for Emily. It's in the textbook but also Here in PDF format. I am asking that you read parts 1-4 at home, the last bit of the story we will HEAR in class. It's the type of ending that is best heard in class altogether. If you are in the PDF format that means you will only have to read the first 7 of 8 pages.
Those of you who took on lines to memorize for bonus will do so on Monday, complete with costume and reflection.
We have one more presentation to get through and a bit of another. I think we can manage this all on Monday seeing as how there is a double block.
English 11
We are reciting our memorized poems next Monday. As well you are to finish reading chapter 8 and complete the questions. Remember that your Lord of the Flies project is due next Thursday.
Christian Studies 12
There is nothing to do for Monday.
