Today we compared Bacon's Of Ambition with Macchiavelli's The Prince.
Then we read more of Chapter 8 of 1984 with the homework being to finish the last page on your own for homework and doing the questions that follow.

Hope you are all up to date on 1984. We are now finishing reading Chapter 7 and you will need to answer the questions that follow (6-10).

Also, a head's up, we have completed a total of 4 journal entries. Please ensure you are up to date on those as well as I may collect them at any time.

Today we read about the Vietnam War, to have nuclear weapons on Canadian soil or not to have them, the Cuban Missile Crisis, and other things.

You are to finish the in-class activities and read for HW about the Avro Arrow on page 141. Answer 1 & 2 on that page.
