This weekend your reading all of scene four,
and always do the starred questions, never any more.
And that poem you've selected? You need to know half,
Deliver it in such a way so that students don't laugh.
That will be Tuesday,  oh and one more thing to add,
honour students hand in your work, as long as its not bad.

So I have not assigned any Macbeth reading, but you can still work on your poem memorization. Remember half of it it due this Tuesday.
Honour students have tomorrow's class set aside for your lit circle.... use it or lose it, the choice is yours.

Sometimes there's nothing like a gradual ease,
Too much homework on the first day feels like a disease.
So tonight's homework is about knowing your due dates,
And not piling up books- enough to fill crates.
You've got a test on Wednesday where you show me stuff,
Because for reading Of Mice and Men we've done enough.
If your report card says 'honours', this Friday's you're meeting,
If you don't think you're ready, then I guess tonight you're reading.
The sixteenth is the day where you deliver up your poem(s),
But don't say it blandly, drive the point home(s)!
