April Showers...where?

Long weekends in April are now a JKCS norm,
Along with days that are long, sunny, and warm.
Though next week is five days--our only long one,
I'm still planning for English classes filled with fun.
So first up: hand in your eval on the poem you recited,
Seeing you perform your pieces got me very excited!
Continue to find ways to put your memory to the test,
Cuz relying on computers doesn't put us at our best
But that's a red herring, my opinion thrown in on the side,
This blog is intended to solely be your homework guide,
So lastly, read Macbeth- Scene Seven of the first Act
And answering the starred questions? Just a matter of fact.

Macbeth is Trippin'!

tonight's homework is to complete one deed,
memorize your poem, for this only I plead.
you will need to say it lots in order to succeed,
write it, sing it, record it, whatever you need!
know it so well, that from your veins it could bleed.
ingrain it to your memory so it will never recede.
yet if this wise advice you choose not to heed,
your low grade will choke you like flowers by a weed.
from the haunting memory of wasted time you'll wish to be freed
but the grade by your name you'll have no choice but to CONCEDE!
