Late Post

English

  • Theme Log: Write what you believe is a theme of Julius Caesar. This is a theme statement that is generally enough to apply to all life. Remember that theme is something the author wants you to know about the world; it is an insight into life.
  • After that theme statement, write a similar statement to the first but make it more specific to Julius Caesar (so how this theme can be seen in the play)
  • After that write three examples that occur in the play that support your theme.
  • What you will essentially have is an essay without writing the essay itself.
  • This can all be in note form.
