1. Describe your immediate reactions to the images, facts and/or song that was presented to you on Wednesday's Civil Rights Movement Powerpoint.
2. Discuss your response to what you have discovered in the novel so far. Respond to the thoughts and actions of any one character; who you believe the murderer of Mantoli is, or John Ball's ability to captivate the reader so far. You may respond to all or none of these topics.
This weekend's entries in your RRL will give you a total of three entries this unit.

Over the weekend continue reading In the Heat of the Night, chapter 8. Answer questions: 4, 7, 8.
1960s newspaper assignment is due January 14th. This gives you one week to complete the assignment. Continue to work diligently on this project.

Glosa due tomorrow. Remember to avoid Rhetorical, Didactic, and Sentimental writing.
A memorized Sonnet is the final poem you will have to constructfor this class. See first post for criteria.
